Unfortunately, the GOP is suffering from a bad public image at the moment. But could former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani turn the tide in favor of the elephants in 2008?
I highly doubt it: as many other conservatives before me have stated, could Giuliani really win the Republicn nomination? To win the nomination, Giuliani would have to find favor with the large evangelical proportion of the Republican party; this seems unlikely given Giuliani's decididly liberal social views.
